How do I cancel an order or return a product for a refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without hassle. If your purchase includes physical discs you will need to return those BEFORE we will process your refund. Here are our return policies depending on what type of program you purchased:

Refund policy for online streaming programs: If you'd like a refund on an online streaming program you purchased, just contact us to let us know within your 30 day risk-free trial period. We'll remove your access to the program and refund 100% of your money. However, if you opted to receive a physical disc set, please return the backup discs for a full refund within 30 days of your refund request date. When we receive your return, we’ll process the refund for the program. Please note that we cannot process your refund until we receive the physical discs back. See return instructions below.

IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Robert just asks one small favor of you. If you decide to return the product, please just take a few minutes to take care in packaging all of it back up so it will be in the condition you received it.

Include your original packing slip and/or the full name of the individual cardholder who purchased the program. This allows us to process the return for the refund.
 
Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment just in case it is lost in transit.

The password for your ebook is on the original receipt you received when making your purchase; however, if you've misplaced your receipt we'll be happy to provide the password for you. Simply submit a ticket and a customer service representative will get back with you as quickly as possible!
