2nd chakra in chakra stimulation

Hi. I'm curious why the 2nd or sacral chakra is not worked with in the chakra stimulation progression given.

Also, there is no color that I heard for the energy ball given for the navel. Although the upper 3rd (solar plexus is given as yellow). Is it suggested to use yellow for both navel and solar plexus?

Thank you so much

Thank you for taking the time Jesse. That all makes sense and I appreciate your reply. Blessings on your way.

Tinnitus/Aum sound in ear and Brainwaves and Energy Work.

Introduction:

Towards the end of the Kundalini video course Robert says that he can hear an all encompassing Aum sound in his ear.

From my research the sounds heard and most commonly mistaken for tinnitus are usually brainwave activity in the ears.

I have always heard the high pitched sound in my ear which is indicative of Gamma Brainwave activity.

All the mystical experiences often accompany a very high hissing/buzzing sound in the ear.

In the last few years however I've heard a low pitched drumming in my left ear kind of like a heart beat.

The times I heard this Aummm sound, which was quite loud, I was doing a lot of energy work and meditation, and fasting. This noise happened spontaneously during raised kundalini. I did not do anything to encourage the noise. It just happened.

Energy work may have had something to do with the sounds you hear. This is quite possible but I really do not know.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Question about the Feet Chakras

In the Advanced Energy Work Knowledge And Practices Part 1 around 1h10 mins Robert says that he was able to achieve a 3rd eye strobe and kundalini just by focusing energy on his feet for 2-4 hours.

Is this really so because I thought the Sacrum was the only area to focus to raise Kundalini.

What does it mean that focusing on just the feet could do this?

Is it saying that everyone's feet are blocked and focusing on it allows much more energy to go into the body triggering kundalini etc?

I won't speak for Robert but the feet are my most sensitive areas. I can see how that can happen.

How many root strobes until the big one?

I've been having a lot of root chakra strobes lately about 1 per day after each 3 hours of root energy work.

I feel a nice pleasurable feeling going up my spine and feel awake and energized lasting a few hours.

I'd say I've had 6 of these strobes so far.

1.How many more times until the Kundalini itself rises and provides more profound lasting changes?

Is this a case of just repeat repeat and repeat on the root and then eventually the big one will occur?

2.The course wasn't clear about if Robert had had many root strobes like I did and after those had his first big Kundalini experience or if his first attempt at a strobe WAS the big one itself?

How long is a piece of string? How many times does it take to stroke your genitals to orgasm? The answers to these questions depend on the individual. I do not mean to be crude here, but in all seriousness, raising Kundalini likely has an oddly intimate similarity with sexual practices, or tantric practices, in that, it's not all just about 'the strokes'. Consider, for example, how some people can't climax on genital stimulation alone. This is also true for Chakras. Kundalini is more about how you, the dreamer, uses the movement of energy to immerse and tantalize your chakras toward their intended climax. The immersive narrative, combined with the energetic stimulation that one does through my father's Energy Work techniques (which, by the way, should be just as physical as if you were poking around or stroking your own internal organs), is the kind of experience that you want to induce when performing your Kundalini practices. When my father raised his Kundalini, he spent many hours and days in a constant altered state while working on and exploring his root Chakra. So much so that, without breaking his altered state, would get up from his wooden crooked chair to go to the bathroom, do his corporeal duties, and when finished, return to his chair to continue working on raising his Kundalni. With that said, we know that some people are just naturally more sensitive to Kundalini energy, in that, just after a single class with my father, they were able to raise their Kundalini 2 days later during a group session. The answer to your question is thus largely determined by your predisposition (genetics, psychological and physical conditioning, and etc), competency (your ability to work with energy (sense perception, intuition, 'muscle', focus, technique, and experience), your ability to induce, hold, and work in altered states), and the amount of time you spend working on raising your Kundalini. I can confirm that my father has not personally experienced these 'root strobes', but he can confirm that some of his students (those who have raised Kundalini), have experienced them. I would say that the symptoms that you describe are to be expected. Perhaps though, they are not something that you should focus on. Nor should you focus on the outcome. Try to forget time and purpose, and focus instead, on the journey that your 'Root Chakra' is trying to enchant you into. Eventually, if you keep going, and the familiarity of your energy body grows, you will most likely trigger a Kundalini experience. However, just to clarify on something that you have said: just because you raise Kundalini, does not guarantee that you will forever be in an 'enlightened state' or a 'permanent high'. Though, yes, it will permanently change you, but like all things, if you don't use it, you lose it. Please do continue your practices. You are making good progress. And I look forward to hearing more about your adventures.
