Ciao my name is Gianni, I’ve been practicing astral projection for quite a bit now, and I feel like I’m not progressing as fast as I should be. I get to the exit and feel like I’m supposed to be feeling it but the vibrations come and then go, I would like some more advice on the exit if you guys would.

Consider the possibility that you are exiting. There is a duality, a split which happens as your subtle body disconnects from the mind and its pieces, fragments. To reach a point where your body is relaxed and you feel vibrations and shifts is a big feat! Congratulations.

Now consider your mind to be the next challenge. If you are not exiting then you may find that your mind is the part unable to release. If you practice meditation, along with other exercises, like making puzzles, perhaps reading and writing (those help me immensely) Let your mind be satisfied., satiated. It wants to rest, so let it. Just be patient and observe, don't get attached to the idea of leaving your body, just recognize it all as part of the journey.

I've been making a hiking trail at my home, it is slow going. Trimming branches, moving stones, laying down wood chips. After a week of work, I still have a great distance to travel. It seems I'm not near completion at all. The truth is that I've done a great deal of work and parts of that trail are easier to walk on than others already. I know you can reach your goal, just as mine is in sight too;

Continue putting in the time, consider it all an experiment. Write down your experiences and affirm that you will exit your body and remember it easily. When you have a dream, write that down too. You'll become more and more lucid as time passes, just like a trail being cut through the bush, you'll find it easier and easier to move through it and eventually you'll have the results which you are seeking.

Sometimes the anticipation, the excitement of 'its finally happening!' can leave you behind. By remaining impartial, unattached to your result, simply your raw nature, you can sidestep those thoughts and feelings. It is all a process though, so I would caution you to treat it as such. Make notes, write affirmations, create a routine and follow it. Adding an element of effort to the process is essential. Nothing is free. You don't get to be the leader of a movement without putting in time and effort.

You already know what you need to do, just thinking about it. Don't be afraid to continue what you've started. It is all worth the time.
