Very new to Astral Projection/OBE's and the work of Robert Bruce. Looking forward to getting to know you all. Any suggestions on what course and/or program to take first? From what I gather, all of Robert's programs are a piece of the puzzle...just not sure which one to start with.
If you had to do it all over again...which one would you have started with and why?
