How do you all find time for your spiritual practices?

Hi everyone! I wrote here and introduced myself about 1 year ago after the death of my father. I thought I would pick up on my spiritual practices again (of wich Robert Bruces methods where a large part, as well as mediation). I gradually more or less dropped these practices about 13 years ago. These practices where meaningful and contributed to some very interesting experiences. I would really need to regain that meningfulness and joy to my life, as well as learn healing and make myself more useful in general by reaching my spiritual potential. Currently I just aim to meditate for 15 min each day. 1 year ago when I rejoined this forum, my life was very stressful in many ways, and it still is. I will soon graduate from a stressful programme, so that stress will atleast be gone. Provided that I pass. But instead I will hav…

Creators and managers of the reincarnation wheel

I created this thread to list the facts of which we can be relatively certain about regarding those who are behind managing the reincarnation system on the Earth, a small planet in this solar system. In ancient and medieval times most people were uneducated, couldn't read nor write, and spent their time mainly on mundane tasks. Only few were acquainted better with any writings or at least spoken tradition, and having not much material to think, besides the obvious surrounding nature, they became philosophers of nature - people such as Aristotle or Paracelsus. And the effect was that the thought could not develop too far without much stimulation, and only few reinterpreted old beliefs in a different way than common people did. These people were perceived often by commons as charlatans, also in the ancient Greece, and very often treated like mad men at best, and killed and tortured at worst.

Astrology

I wrote about it on the old forum. But let me sum up an overview on how I perceive astrology. I'd prefer to skip the common knowledge on astrology and focus on things rarely touched.

Generally, the Earth is obviously a very small planet in the galaxy, and without cosmos around us, there was no life, no existence at all. While there are big cycles which are interesting mainly for astronomers in the universe, astrology refers mainly to our closest cosmic environment, i.e. the solar system. Astrological knowledge is very ancient, and its complex inter-dependencies can be found in such old texts like Vedas. The astrological thought is so abstract and advanced in old sources that it can be considered to be a prove that it didn't come from primitive people living like 3 or 5 thousands of years ago. Not directly, but indirectly it is clear that this knowledge…

Learning about the true reality

Most of people, as it is well seen on this and the old forum, focus mainly on the direct experiences - i.e. their sensory (or extrasensory) perceptions. It reminds me in large part biological sciences, using microscopes for their work: they deduce about reality on this micro-observations. Of course then they try to combine all observations they have together, but when you look at the practical final effect of all these endeavors - i.e. all medical "detectors" of hundreds of different benchmarks measuring different parts of the body - it seems at best to be amusing. In short, modern medicine doesn't understand really the human body, it just deludes itself and hides behind tones of encyclopedic mechanical points. They desperately try to form biological equations from the information they have, like "this part of brain does this", "this genes does this" etc. As dumb as it is, this shows the…
