Astral Projection

When I stimulate my chakras, I feel like my whole body is like an inflated balloon. As I stimulate my chakras, they are constantly filled with gas and expand. No matter how relaxed I am at this moment, my whole body feels strongly inflated due to the inflation. I can't feel whether my muscles are tense, but I can feel that everything from the bottom of the sea to the brow chakra is filled with gas. How to relax the body in this situation?
