Defense Against The Dark Arts

I want to educate others about an incident where I accidentally created a shrine based on prep instructions from a medical psychic. The insructions said to get a white table and write on a white sheet of paper, "All my ancestors." I initially forgot about it and literally did it minutes before the session without much thought. After the session, I experienced an autoimmune thyroid flare-up. It was similar to how I felt while experiencing human-on-human psychic attacks from family members.

The lessons I learned are:

1. Writing something on a piece of paper can allow entities to invite themselves in;

2. A shrine can be something as simple as a piece of paper with the general name of a group

I had my scalar energy devices, including the strongest one that worked against a posessing entity that afflicted my spiritual group leader's adult son. It's important not to invite them in.

I remembered to post this after watching a video about Black Eyed Children (BEKs). The advice is the same - do not let them in.

Do not agree to let them into your car, home or walk with your dog; send out low audio frequency tones as an experiment to catch them on camera; or feel obligated to stop and help an oddly calm child standing on the side of the road unusually late at night, even if you're a police officer.
