FREE Energy Work Primer

It seems like my body is craving it, but i would really like an explanation as to how and why it works

Going to try some excersices.

* Going through my hands and feet worked really well. I woke up some parts that seem to have been mostly sleeping (in comparison).

* A few days ago, I tried to really push myself and see how fast I could draw energy into the sub navel storage area. This made me go from feeling some minor twitches to major twitches and cramped muscles.

This made it difficult to relax for some reason. On the plus side, I can probably count it as physical exercise.

I was only able to do it for a few seconds at a time, and it was easier to not get as overloaded when I focused on drawing to the sub navel storage area (with that area being the focus) rather than pushing to it from my hands and feet.

Hi Jesse, according to Robert's experiences, we can conclude that death is the deep ecstasy, right?

That is, when dying and in the process of death, a person goes into a state of trance, right?

For example, someone is in a coma, meaning they are in a deep trance in an out-of-body experience. Is this true?
