Journals FAQ

Journals have been moved. Please do not post in this forum. Your posts will be removed. The intention of this forum is to help members rediscover where journals have been moved to. Please do not comment or reply to this post. This post is not intended for discussion. Your comments will be removed. Moderators will post answers to frequently asked questions found in this thread to make it easier for other people to read them, reduce redundancies, save time, and keep the cost of the forum down. We really appreciate your help looking after our community. Thank you. What are journals? Journals are personal spaces on the old Astral Dynamics forum (astraldynamics.com.au), that allowed members to share their opinions and experiences with others.

Where can I find journals on the new forum? Journals are no longer part of the forum, and can now instead be found on our new social Circles page. Click here, if you like, to check out what social circles we do have.

Silver Members can acquire such spaces to post whatever they like (within the rules established by our community), connect with other members, attract followers, and more, on our new social Circles page.

Why are journals now social circles?

Forums are spaces intended for people to socialize around particular topics. So, since journals often contain much broader, inconsistent, and personal subject matter, we felt that it is more appropriate to establish them as social circles, instead.

How can I get my own social circle?

Social circles are now part of our premium Silver Membership subscription plan. As a silver member of our community, you get to enjoy many privileges. One of such privileges is to have your own space on Astral Dynamics to voice whatever you like (within the rules established by our community), so that you can attract followers, connect with other members, receive comments, and more! Click here to see the full benefits of our premium membership plan.

Why are social circles now part of your premium membership service? Well... we already pay a good deal of money every month to provide our community a place for people to connect, socialize, and learn. Our social circles (formerly known as, 'journals'), however, are more personal than what the forum is intended. And because it requires our staff to create new circles and moderate them, we feel that, for only $2.99 per month, it is more than fair that we package this as both a privilege and an addition to all the benefits provided for in our premium Silver Membership subscription plan.
