Affirmations
I feel affirmations have helped me a great deal, and I will continue to use them. I like to use them, but wonder if they are dangerous sometimes. If, for example, you're telling yourself an affirmation which is against the grain. "I love my job." pops into my mind.
What are your thoughts on how affirmations are both good and bad?

No not a vision bord...only raw intent...the intent comes from that deep silency within you...when you can pause your thoughts and be like a blank page...I have no more words to decribe it..when you can fokus without distraction....
