Anyone had any success with Telekinesis?
I've been wanting for a long time to develop telekinesis. It seems to me that the way to do it is by using your energy field to influence an external object's energy field (or its very atoms) since everything is energy.
I think there's some sort of "key" that would enable us to perform relatively easy, but I haven't found it.
Check this video where the man says you need to put Chi/energy into your Middle Dan Tien and then expel it through the hands:

TK is one of those things that has peaked my interest on and off for 20+ years but sadly I have never done it myself or have witnessed it done (in person).
