How can I know I am ready to do a 6 hour attempt?

I am back here, after 2 years. I gave up on Roberts method because I didn't have enough energy to do a kundalini awakening. So I moved on and spent the last 2 years with a lot of kundalini activations. The first year I did on average 5 sessions per week with different teachers, mostly remotely and a few in person retreats. I had some big emotional releases (crying for days or screaming from anger during every meditation). After that I could not meditate more than 20-30 minutes per day, the energy was just too much. About the last 2 months things have stabilized. Now I can feel a lot more energy in my body buzzing everywhere, basically seconds after I sit down to meditate, but I am also a bit more cautious this time, who knows what other big emotional bombs are under the surface. I don't remember Robert talk…

Maintaining Energy

Hi, just wanted some feedback on maintaining energy whilst working on raising kundalini.

Is it ok to participate in other face to face meditation/ spiritual development circles whilst raising kundalini? Or, should one work on their own energies first without external interference to prevent energy loss, psychic vampires etc

Thanks, Elvys

Hi Elvys,

I can give some feedback based on direct experience.

I was able to strobe my base Chakra and release the kundalini energy while living a normal life, going to work, interacting with people and the usual family interactions.

It's true that close interactions with many people can "bleed off" energy because our energy fields overlap with others and if we have high levels of energy it automatically gets absorbed by people with less energy. And some people are unknowingly energy vampires without even realizing it.

The real trick is to raise more energy that others absorb from you, and keep raising energy as long as it takes during a kundalini raising attempt.

When I am meditating with others (which happens weekly), I use part of my attention to raise energy during the session, so I actually gain more energy by the end of the session than I loose.

I often use bounce actions on my spine, central channel and full body at various times throughout my day (driving, waiting, sitting, working). This keeps topping up my energy. I also like to do the merkaba tube spinning action, even if it just my base to crown chakras covered by the spinning tube (easier when sitting than full body tube).

It is also import to be very familiar with "defense against the dark arts" actions and abilities, as negs will be attracted by the higher levels of energy that you hold. If you have not read Roberts book on Psychic self defense, then you need to, and then practice all of the counter measures, especially the ones that can be done empty handed, like lesser banishment, use of burning energy/light...etc. I sometimes use a full body merkaba spinning tube which is made up of pink/violet burning light.

Hope this helps

Best Wishes

Should I stimulate the root, or just pull energy up?

I restarted my kundalini efforts recently. For the past two weeks, I did 2-3 hours practice every night. As I understand it, I have to split the practice into two sections, which are repeated every few minutes:

  • Pull energy up through the legs terminating in the perineum

  • Stimulate the chakras, especially the lower ones.

When I pulled the energy up from the feet to the perineum and then stimulated the chakras by bouncing the energy from perineum up to the crown for 3 hours, basically nothing happens. It's rather boring.

When I pulled the energy up from the feet to the perineum and then stimulated the chakras by stiring or focusing on the center of the chakras I got strong, whole body energy sensations (quite blissful). This was especially true for the base chakra at the perineum. But when I was stiring the base chakra, it felt like, it released all…

In short, both.

Warm up exercises are boring, but they are necessary. Pull energy up to make it more available. Think of it as adding a buffer or reservoir for insulating the base chakra as you stimulate it. Advance this toward the other chakras as you progress.

Once you have adequate buffer, maintain that buffer, but, simultaneously, stimulate the base chakra, and through it, the other chakras.

The energy body, chakras, and energy, act very much like channels, pools, and forces of water. What you want to do is create a strong enough current to sustain your exercise. To do this, you need to prime, pool, flood, pull, and then shock.

What you are doing when stimulating your chakras is pulling. This creates a wonderful sensation. But it depletes because there is no more energy to sustain it, and your attention likely fades from it. This is where tantric practices come into play, providing you with the skills to distil the essence and ride that wave for longer periods. Anyway, I digress.

Whilst doing the other steps simultaneously, you need to do the final step. Shocking. This is quite a sharp and focused sensation, as if you are trying to extract the 'static electricity' from the pool of the pull, and send it up, intro, and through your perineum, then up the spine and nerves of your body. This should quite literally feel like you are shocking your perineum with a battery. You are trying to activate a completely different system of energy then what you might be used to through Tactile Body Awareness. Continue this to develop and increase the intensity of the electrical jolts that shock and supercharge the body and being until you activate a Kundalini spike and beyond.

However, the most important rule is to listen to your body in how it wants to go. Your job is to facilitate, its job is to flow. Stop and take a break if you feel uncomfortable. Resume when you feel better. Take your time. I hope that helps to clarify things.

Please let me know how you get along. I am very interested in your Kundalini journey and would love to collaborate with you further so that we can truly refine this practice for the benefit of everybody. Wishing you and your loved ones all the best.
