Why do people who practice Chinese qigong feel that their energy becomes stronger with the increase of practice time
I have observed a difference in the effectiveness of energy practice and qigong practice. In China, people who practice qigong tend to have a stronger sense of energy as they accumulate practice time. However, energy work only feels strong at the beginning and gradually softens later on. Can you tell me the reason for the difference in energy perception as practice time increases?

Any exercise (mental, physical, chemical, energetic, or emotional), activates the system and makes it more sensational. Then, as the system relaxes, the sensations fade.
However, if you use Energy Work every day, all the time, even when doing the dishes, walking the dog, speaking to people, and doing whatever it is that you do throughout your day, the system remains active and develops, like any habit, muscle, organ, or skill, to become more accessible and effective over time.
The main difference is in how you, personally, use the Energy Work practices. Do you use it like a tool that you keep in your drawer or shed, or do you use it like an organ to help you perceive and engage with the world in a better way?
