Energy Work

Hello,

Bruce’s energy work techniques are incredible. It’s my understanding that the energy work empowers the astral vehicle so that when we do attempt to project, it’s more developed and stronger?

I’ve watched the energy work primer, listened to things and read EVE, so now I ask, when doing energy work, do I start from the bottom and work my way up? Bruce mentioned NOT to begin energy work on the upper chakras prior to the lower ones to prevent imbalances.

I just wanted clarification to make sure I’m approaching this properly. I typically start with my hands, work up my shoulders, then into my head, chest, then work down. I’ve also targeted my throat chakra and activated it.
